Fundraiser for Scooter Repair and Replacement

Hi,

In March, I took Amtrak to San Francisco. It was a great trip, until Amtrak dropped my scooter, thus making it unusable. Although I informed them of the damage, I have not heard back. I just found out that my scooter may be too old for my health insurance to cover. Thus, getting out of the house and taking care of business is somewhat difficult. I am unable to fully afford the repair, and or to get a new scooter at this time. If you can assist, I would be much obliged.

Update: I actually heard back from Amtrak who said they sent me a packet of information which as of today I found out they sent it to some ridiculous address not mine. Some progress!
