Fundraiser for the children of Gaza

Hello!

Like you, I have been horrified and devastated watching current events unfold in Gaza. I have felt helpless in the face of such unrelenting sadness, cruelty and injustice, but compelled to do something - a feeling I know shared by many of you.

As such, I am holding a mum & baby coffee morning in aid of the mums & babies suffering in Gaza (details to come via WhatsApp).

I hope that we can come together in solidarity and raise some much needed funds for them.

The videos and images we are seeing online are truly horrific, despicable and heartbreaking. As new mothers, watching babies suffer like this is unimaginable and now hits home even more.

I look forward to seeing some of you there and to doing our part together to help in a small way!

We will be raising money in aid of the charity UNICEF Ireland who are providing emergency relief in Gaza and every donation will help. Setting the goal at €1,700 to reflect the current total of 17,000 children who are now orphaned in Gaza.
