Fundraiser for the Fiji Village Project 2023
Donation protected
Be the change you want to see in the world.
As some of you may know, I travelled to Cambodia in 2019 and successfully participated in clinical experience and health promotion at the local clinics and schools.
This time, I will be travelling to Fiji in January 2023 to participate in a humanitarian project within remote Fijian villages. I was lucky enough to be selected with other brilliant medical/nursing/public health/dentistry students to become the change we want to see in the world.
- Our objective is to provide medical/dental screening, treatment, health education and promotion. To improve the health of village communities in Fiji under the framework ‘WHO Healthy Islands Scheme’ and to build ties with our South Pacific Neighbours (Fiji, New Zealand & Australia)
How can you help?
The Fiji Village Project (FVP) is an international, not-for-profit, student based public health humanitarian project that relies on fundraising efforts. All funds from donations will assist with water tank installation, medical supplies and transportation to and from the village.
Past Projects have been generously supported by various healthcare organisations/societies and local businesses in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
We are forever grateful for donations and sponsors that help ensure the continuation of this vital project for Fijian health.
Vinaka!
