Fundraiser for Yavusania Rugby Club Fiji

Yavusania Rugby Club in Fiji is in desperate need of proper training facilities. This project is in order to fundraise enough money to build a gym for the boys to be able to train in. This creates opportunity which would otherwise be unobtainable. These boys put their hearts and souls into their training and this would be extremely beneficial to their futures both in Fiji and overseas. Creating passions and goals allows for the team to flourish and grow within an environment whereby they are nurtured to their full potential and are able to become the best possible versions of themselves. This project is close to my heart as a I am an immigrant from Fiji and as a boy growing up it was so easy to be distracted by negative influence. I think it is important for these boys to be mentored and having this positive space will reinforce their futures. After much thought with some friends back home we decided to create a trust for the future of these boys and the local community. This gym would also allow for job opportunities and the ability to create a better economy.
