Fundraiser to Build a Well for Viqas Bhatti

Aslaamu alaykum brothers and sisters. It is with great sadness to announce the passing of our beloved Viqas Bhatti. This has left both family and friends extremely overwhelmed,devastated and stunned. In the words of his brother he is described as "having a heart of gold, a role model and always living a full life without regrets". Viqas was very loving and had a strong presence which will always be remembered,  

As a community our aim is to raise money in his name which will benefit him in the hereafter (Sadqa Jariyah) The aim is to raise enough money for multiple wells in Multan Muzaffar Ghar, for people who do not have access to clean water or any water at all. The messenger of Allah (SWT) was asked "which charity is the best?" and he replied "providing water".

The cost to setup one water well will be £65.00, which will provide clean water for families which are in need. For some of the villagers this will be the first time they have ever had fresh water supply in their homes.

For funds that are obtained beyond the target we aim to assist in the renovation of several Masjids within the area.

No donation is too small, and charity does not decrease one in wealth.
