Fundraiser to Help Mario Moreno- Morales's Family

Hi, my name is Kristi Wyffels and I'm trying to raise funds for the family of Mario Mireno- Morales, my friend and neighbor who was randomly shot and killed while gardening outside his home. Mario was a fixture in our North Long Beach neighborhood, always looking out for others and helping anyone in need. He welcomed others into his home and was proud of his home improvements and beautiful yard. He was an inspiration to me and to others. Having lost his job during Covid, he went back to school to complete his Master's Degree and obtain a great job he loved. He worked so hard for his degree and would often talk about all the papers he had to write. Mario was an Army veteran. He is survived by his wife and 3 children, a son and two daughter.s. As neighbors we are heartbroken and his family is still in shock. Mario had so many hopes and dreams for his future. He was taken from us too soon. Please donate what you can.
