Fundraiser to support our lovely Mariana

Last weekend, myself, Keilani, and Mariana were involved in a terrible car accident. We were on our way to Carrizo Plains to visit the yellow wildflowers to have a picnic and take pictures with our other housemates. Before we could make it, our lives completely changed. We were hit by another car in a head on collision and we are all so lucky to still be alive.

Mariana, Keilani, and I are all members of the Art and Design Department at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo. Mariana has always been a very driven, devoted, and creative designer. She participates in many on campus groups including, the Democratic Club, designer for AIGA (American Institute of Graphic Arts), the President of MIPAC (Mustangs For Israel Public Affairs Committee), and is very involved in the Jewish Community. Nevertheless, Mariana is an all star student that is very loved and missed by her professors, peers, and community.

Mariana has been suffering from a punctured lung, missing teeth, fractured hip, broken ribs, sprained left arm, a fractured right arm that she has already received surgery on for correction, and several other injuries.

Funds will be used to help  with medical expenses, monthly expenses from loss of job incomes and all future and ongoing  medical care and expenses.

Mariana and Keilani are two of my best friends. Our community of support has been nothing short of amazing. We appreciate any help of prayers, positive thoughts, and donations. Thank you so much for being a part of our journey to recovery.
