Fundraiser to Support Steven Anderson’s Family

Donation protected
Anderson was a child of God, beloved friend, son, nephew, brother, and Mass Communication student at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. At just 20 years old, Steven was diagnosed with Renal Medullary Carcinoma after a few tests and was forced to take a hiatus from school in order to tend to his health and begin chemo therapy. Renal Medullary Carcinoma is one of the rarest forms of cancer and he fought a long hard battle, but it was God's decision to answer our prayers and end his suffering on April 3rd, 2020. Steven was hoping that once he defeated cancer, he could return to Texas A&M to graduate and finish his degree. Before he took his hiatus from Texas A&M, he became a brother of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated, and also was former Vice President of Texas A&M's chapter of NAACP. He was also rewarded for spoken word pieces he presented at a plethora of the university's diversity events. All this being said, Steven Anderson was an active student on campus and campus life was a large part of his life that he had to neglect  to the trials of his health. His passion for loving others, his comedy, charming smile, poetic talent, positivity, and kindness for all people impacted everyone around him until his last days here. He will truly be missed by us all. Please consider donating to help support his family and the funeral costs. These times we are living in are not ideal. All donations will be going directly to his family. If one can not give, it would be a blessing to just have this distributed or shared.
