Fundraising for AYS

Hello everyone!!! Shari's birthday is coming up on the 22nd. Shari Fenton is the director of this beautiful program. I've known her for 30 plus years. I am doing this fundraising bc right now more than ever she needs financial help. The pandemic have brought her so much stress. She did managed to keep the center open and became a food pantry last year. She was open 6 days out the week during the pandemic to ensure that family are fed.  While she was helping other she was worrying about rent and tuition for the kids. Right now she is behind on all of the bills. For her birthday I would like for you to help me take away some of her financial burden.

If you don't know about AYS. Here's is a snap shot. Asian Youth Services (AYS) is an after-school tutoring program serving the youth of Chicago. Our mission is to provide the community's at-risk youth with high-quality educational experiences and mentoring relationships that will equip them to succeed in school and in life. While our name reflects our origins, our program has continued to evolve with our community. We now primarily serve children of second-generation Southeast Asian refugee, first-generation Hispanic and Ethiopian immigrant families.

Please join me in making a difference? I was a product of this program. I am now a college graduated and working in a job that I love. Unfortunately, I didn't become a millionaire (lol) and can not help her program alone. I'm raising money to benefit Asian Youth Services, and any donation will help make an impact.
