Fundraising for KZN flood victims

This week, the footage coming out of KZN, South Africa, has been heartbreaking. Flood victims, a large majority who had very little, now have nothing. People have lost their loved ones, homes and livelihoods. Houses, churches, businesses - their contents, buried in mud or floating down a nearby river. Major roads washed away, infrastructure destroyed, and an already polluted ocean contaminated further.

It feels wrong to be sitting on the opposite side of the world, not doing something to help, especially as a South African and a former Durbanite! To that end, I would like to call on the kindness and generosity of my family, friends (friends of friends), colleagues and anyone who comes across this fundraising page to help raise some much-needed funds.

It would be great to help out in some small way. Please feel no pressure. Times are tight, I know. But if you can, then please do give a little.
