Fundraising for Maxine’s gender affirming surgery

Dear friends and family,

I am Maxine, a 33-year-old musician and producer from Philadelphia. I play guitar in the band Mannequin Pussy and have been producing music for many years. I have always known that my true self is not reflected in my body, and I have decided to undergo gender affirming surgeries (FFS) and breast augmentation.

These surgeries will allow me to live as my authentic self and be comfortable in my own skin, while also increasing my safety and well-being.

Unfortunately, the cost of these procedures is very high and can be a barrier to achieving my goal. That is why I am reaching out to you today to ask for your support in helping me fund these life-changing surgeries.
