Fundraising for Melanie Calderon

Hello! My name is Kathryn and I am fundraising to help my dear friend Melanie who was recently diagnosed with lung cancer. Melanie is an incredibly selfless, kind, and hardworking person. She is someone who can always put a smile on your face. Unfortunately, sometimes the world isn't kind to people like Melanie. She was first diagnosed with Stage 3 cervical cancer in May of 2019. Her battle was long and treacherous, but she fought hard and was nearing the stage of remission. However, she had to work extra hard to pay her medical bills to the point where she ended up with a ruptured Achilles without even knowing. Melanie pushed through the pain and kept working at her job that keeps her on her feet all day until she was forced to a medical leave. Just when she thought her battle in life was going to get easier, her cancer came back in the form of lung cancer. Melanie is an incredible person and doesn't deserve all these obstacles that life is throwing at her. It would really mean a lot if you could help and support Melanie through these difficult times and show her that life has more to offer than what it is giving her. Thank you. 

Update: Melanie’s condition has gotten worse and is in critical condition. Please help her during this extremely difficult time, anything helps. We would really appreciate anything you can do to support her and make her days a little brighter.
