Fundraising for Omni Walker

Hi, My name is Alize Walker (Robinson). I am 26 years old. I gave birth to a baby girl name Omni Walker on January 17,2023 after developing some complications during my pregnancy it caused me to deliver early with having an emergency C-Section. At 23 weeks 6days, Omni was born 1lb 3oz. Immediately after giving birth she was rushed to NICU. Since Omni was born early, she was incubated (placed on a ventilator) with early birth comes a lot of ups and downs while being treated in NICU, Omni was diagnosed with chronic lung disease (the reason of that was because her lungs were suppose to have fluid in them at the time she was born, by her being on the ventilator to help keep her alive it caused damage to her lungs). Everything was done unexpectedly, I was not prepared to deliver so early, and this situation set me back a lot. Immediately after I had her, I had to start back working. I work from home and it has been really hard trying to maintain medical bills, provide gas to get to and from the hospital, and get everything situated for when she get home. I travel to see her almost everyday. as of today, Omni is almost 8 months and still is currently in NICU. she recently undergone a major surgery for a tracheostomy and a G-Tube that took 2.5 hours at Children’s Hospital in New Orleans. We are currently training on caring for her so she can be released to finally come home. Omni is now on the road to recovery and we are asking for family and friends to help in anyway to support and raise money for her medical expenses and help us get everything she’ll need as she recover.
