Fundraising for our father - Teofilo Parilla

Our Father Teofilo was rushed to the hospital last May 9, 2022. He was diagnosed with acute large infarct right cerebellar area and left lacunar infarct at the occipital area with several co-existing illnesses such as diabetes and kidney disease. He is currently in the Intensive Care Unit of Manila Doctors Hospital.

 

Follow up CT scan of his head showed a large ischemia compressing his pons and medulla, the part of the brain responsible for his breathing. Neurosurgeons are planning to do a procedure to decompress his brain. He is presently on Mannitol and Dexamethasone to relieve some swelling of his brain. Our family is asking for your prayers that my father will surpass all this.
