Finding Strength in Golden Milk: April's Journey with Kind Tea Hi
Introduction:
In the gentle ocean breeze of Hawaii, amidst the vibrant colors of the islands, April Williams found solace and strength through her journey with Kind Tea Hi. As a disabled African American woman and a survivor of domestic abuse, April's path has been marked by resilience and determination. Battling chronic pain and grappling with the shadows of her past, April discovered a beacon of hope in the form of Golden Milk.
Discovering Golden Milk:
Golden Milk became more than just a beverage for April; it became a lifeline. Suffering from chronic pain and grappling with the effects of Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD), April's nights were often restless. However, the soothing warmth of Golden Milk, infused with local organic Hawaiian turmeric and ginger, brought her a sense of calm she had long yearned for. During her pregnancy, it not only provided comfort, but also alleviated her chronic pain, offering a reprieve she hadn't thought possible.
Kind Tea Hi:
Fueled by her personal journey and the transformative power of Golden Milk, April embarked on a mission to share this gift with her community. Thus, Kind Tea Hi was born. With a vision rooted in healing and empowerment, Kind Tea Hi aims to not only provide quality Golden Chai Concentrate but also to create opportunities for marginalized individuals, particularly Indigenous and People of Color (POC) domestic abuse survivors.
Phase 1: Local Roots, Global Impact:
In the verdant landscapes of Oahu, April and the Kind Tea Hi team are laying the foundation for their dream. With the first phase of funding, they seek to establish Kind Tea Hi Golden Chai Concentrate in local Hawaiian coffee shops and within the community. This phase encompasses securing sustainably sourced ingredients, enhancing processing capabilities, and building essential infrastructure for production, packaging, and distribution. Moreover, it aims to uplift marginalized voices by providing employment opportunities for 1-3 additional Indigenous and POC domestic abuse survivors.
Phase 2: From Local to National:
With unwavering dedication, April envisions Kind Tea Hi expanding its reach beyond the shores of Hawaii. Phase 2 of funding sets the stage for national prominence, with plans to penetrate grocery store chains and establish a state-of-the-art processing and testing facility. This phase is not just about scaling the business; it's about creating a legacy of empowerment. By prioritizing the hiring of 25 primarily Indigenous and POC DVAC survivors, implementing a childcare facility for employees' children, and fostering a culture of trauma-informed care, Kind Tea Hi seeks to uplift and empower those who have faced adversity.
Conclusion:
April's journey with Kind Tea Hi is a testament to the power of resilience, community, and healing. Through the transformative properties of Golden Milk, she has not only found relief from her own struggles but has also paved the way for others to find strength in their journey. With your support, Kind Tea Hi aims to not only share the gift of Golden Milk but also to create a brighter, more inclusive future for all.
