Fundraising to help Ukrainians
Donation protected
On February 26, 2022, I, Michael Maier from Albstadt, Germany made my way to the Romanian-Ukrainian border.
There, with full commitment and thanks to the help of the locals, we set up an initial supply network for refugees.
It's been one year of war. One year since I have left everything and choose to be a volunteer for Ukraine. I will not lie. It's been a hard year. Fullfiling, but demanding. No job and away from home. This has perhaps been the hardest part.
For the past year I brought more than 50 tons of supplies into Ukraine and managed to save and rescue over 1200 people. We have also helped some shelters and private persons that have managed to save as many animals from the streets of the most afected cities in Ukraine. This has all been done by us personally, phisically and with the help of my communities.
From the first days until today, we have worked together with various bus companies, freight forwarders, companies and helpers on site.
Urgently needed relief supplies (food, clothes, medicine, etc.) were collected in Germany. Which, after successful transport, could finally be distributed to the refugees.
What are we raising the money for?
Gasoline- for example one trip from the Romania border to the Ukraine frontlines is 3000 km. That means around 650-700 euros per trip only for the gas.

On our way into Ukraine we colaborate with the hospitals, soldiers, volunteers and because of that we have always reached the people that actually need our donation. On the back way we have always taken refugees with us, that wanted to escape the horrors of the war.
With my heart open, I say to you that no child should be witness to the sounds of war, to see bullets fly around or lie in the grass, or to have to go and hide until the sirens go out. We cannot allow this to be the future for our children.
Help us go further into our rescue missions.
Thank you for the support and love you have shown so far, without you we can't do this. We are all in this together, with our hearts and actions. May there be light in our paths.
Thank You!
