I am Jermaine, a Jamaican chef living in Rotterdam(Netherlands). Owner of "wah gwaan inna di kitchin" a catering company that cooks 100% authentic Jamaican dishes. It has always been a dream of mine to showcase my culinary skills & the attractive dishes of my country.

I specialise in cuisines from my homeland, using imported Jamaican spices and offering real island taste to this multi-cultured country. Genuinely bringing a piece of jamaica/tropical flavour to the Netherlands.

My restaurant would merge delicious food, international music and great vibes to create magical moments.
