Hi! My name is Julie Stylinski and I would like to ask my Deaf and Hearing community for support. On December 6th, our beloved friend, husband and a loyal father, and grandfather, Joseph Simms, 56, had passed away in his sleep at his home in Fulton, Missouri. This loss was unexpected. Joe was supposed to have his MRI appointment on December 22nd to find out what was going on because he kept falling down and was complaining about headaches and pain in the neck. Joe ended up getting a walker to help him not to fall. The doctors decided to set him up for MRI on that day. But apparently it was too late to find out. My best friend of 20 years+, Tara Simms was married to him for almost 13 years and she got out of the hospital just about two days before his death. She had to resign her job due to wanting to care for her husband at home and she was going to get a job that works from home to support themselves. But that didn’t happen in time. So what I am asking for each of you to help and donate anything to help her get back on her feet before she loses her home. I wanted to help her to be able to grieve and to prevent homelessness.
