Funds for a New Prosthetic Leg

Hi! My name is Jazmine Lii Otero, I am 25 years young and my goal is to raise 10k for a new prosthetic leg! 
I was born with PFFD (Proximal Femoral Focal Deficiency) on my right leg, it's a birth defect that affects my pelvis, femur and hip bone resulting in me having one leg (my right leg) shorter than the other. At the age of 9, due to detrimental side effects of my condition, I had my foot amputateed. 

Growing up I never saw myself as someone who was different. I was very active, loved sports, fitness and dancing! As I turned 16 I started my own dance group, followed by teaching in other dance academys, and further down the timeline I had to opportunity to compete in various dance competitions, judge competitions, performe with various artist, and was publish in a magazine. 10 years has passed and I still have the same prosthetic that has been through everything with me during those years.  

Prosthetic legs should be changed every 2-3 years. Financially, this had been something that I couldnt afford since most medical insurances I had didn't cover the cost for a new one. Currently, my physical health has declined which has been a consequence of not having the proper leg needed. I have severe back pain caused by excessive limping, blisters and muscle cramps. All this puts a toll on my social life, personal life and overall physical health. I want to be the courages, outgoing, limitless person I once was. 

Thankfully I found a prosthetic company willing and able to help me have a best prosthetic I need, Prosthetic & Orthodic Associates of Central Florida! Along with them, and thanks to you guys, I will be able to have my dream come true!
