Funds for Chico and Varquera family

Hi, my name is Cheri Mcknight. And this fundraiser is to help our dear friends who are going through another bout of cancer but this time it is with Susie’s husband, Chico. What a journey they have had for the last several years.

This post is really to let everyone know that now there are some medical concerns for her dear husband, Chico.

I know ... this has really hit her, the kids, & his siblings hard. I'm just glad it's not spread.

It’s the exact same cancer Renial Cell Carcinoma & in the same kidney as Susie. That is what's strange. Susie said it is totally contained in the kidney & both kidney functions are good. The lymph nodes, lungs, etc are all clear.

Chico is having surgery on August 1st and doctor said he can save kidney and just remove the tumor, well he is going to try it and if not will have to remove whole kidney. Lots of prayers needed.

I’m going to be setting up a go fund me to help with those. They will be leaving next week for Houston to get started on all the preop and getting ready for surgery. At this time we know this will be a big hit since he is the main one that has been working, and now he will be out for a while. Any and all contributions, donations and prayers are much appreciated and so needed at this time.
