Funds for David's Final Journey Home

Hello everyone, my name is Tad Davis and I am creating this account on behalf of my friend Randy and his brother David Medina who we tragically lost on 6/6/24.

It is with great sadness that I come to you seeking for funds to bring our brother David home. David was a magnet to everyone he met, he always could relate to people from all walks of life. As a friend he was dependable, always fixing cars, helping a friend move or coming through when we needed help. He was truly the friend that everyone needed. Despite life's hurdles David was always hopeful in doing better and becoming a better father to his child Olivia Faith.

David's life was full of ups and downs but he was not ashamed of his past, his struggles with addiction and staying sober. He used his story to encourage others to remain persistent and committed to sobriety. He rose past addiction to become a strategic leader at his place of work and he always came up with vital solutions in times of crisis. On his birthday 11/30/2022, David moved from Amarillo to Austin with a resolve to start a new life.

In Austin, David worked hard and was cherished by his friends and coworkers. He never missed a day of work and was proud of his accomplishments. He lived life with a big spoon, loved Austin and cherished his brother Randy for holding his hand after moving to Austin. David aspired to own a motorcycle and he did get one and was on track to start a motorcycle group. Unfortunately David was tragically injured on 5/3 an abrupt event that changed all our lives. We are grateful for any contributions that we can use towards his funeral and cremation expenses.
