Please join us in support and memory of Keith Brown and his family.  Keith was a 17 year EMT in and around Charleston, SC and truly touched the patients, families, coworkers, and communities he served.

Mr Keith Brown was born on March 6, 1972 to Ms.. Mary L. Brown in Brooklyn, New York.  He received his wings for eternal life on September 2, 2020.

He was united in Holy Matrimony to Petrice Elaine Robinson on September 25, 1993.  He was his wife were blessed with two children Peyton Petrice and Keith Robinson Brown.

At a very young age, Keith moved to Charleston with his mother and siblings.  He graduated from St. John's High School in 1991 and also attended Savannah State College.  He received his Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Certification from Trident Technical College in May of 2003.  He was a member of Calvary Episcopal Church where he served with the Men of Calvary.  His special project was their Annual Pancake Supper.  He was also a member of Masonic Lodge Gothic 212.

His desire and commitment to serving people in need led him into the medical field.  He began as an EMT at Personal Care and later MedTrust Medical Transport where he ended his watch relentlessly serving countless people with selfless bravery as a frontline worker.  Keith also had a career in the hospital industry.  He began at the Omni Hotel and later joined the Country Club of Charleston where he worked part-time for the past 19 years as the "best bartender ever."

His smile remains as a legacy of a gift to everyone who had the opportunity to be in his presence.   Not to mention, he lived his life to serve his family and friends in his home with extraordinary hospitality by serving everyone with the best cuisine, conversation, and laughter.

Keith loved to dance and was the center of family gatherings.  His family has many videos to remember his dance moves.  He was also a devoted "Baseball Dad" to his son Robbie and his team members.  He was equally excited about his daughter beginning her studies in Pharmacy school.

Keith leaves to cherish his fond memories: a devoted wife of 26 years, Petrice; a beloved daughter, Peyton Petrice; a loving son, Keith Robinson "Robbie"; his mother, Mary L Brown; sisters, Loretta Brown Washington, Debar Jenkins (Lorenzo), Velma Wright (Clifford), Syquincy Mitchell (Marvin), Olivia Brown and Ganari Smith; brother Yuronza Streeter; father and mother-in-law, Benjamin and Roslyn Robinson; brother-in-law, Bruce Robinson (Lisa); two very special cousins, Charles Wright and Annette Powell; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends; and a special fur baby, "Pixie."
