Funds for Mai Moua Vang's funeral expenses
Donation protected
This fundraiser is established to cover funeral and burial expenses and lessen the financial burden of my brother in law, neices and nephews. Any amount of donation will help their family during this difficult time.
Below is more information regarding my sister, Mai Moua Vang:
On the morning of October 21, 2020, Mai Moua Vang, passed away from chronic health conditions that we could not have foreseen. She leaves behind her husband and eight children.
Mai Moua Vang is the second oldest of fourteen children. Mai worked hard to endure the nightmares of genocide in the jungles of Laos to come to the United States with her family in search of a better life. Upon coming to the US, she encountered various trials including enduring years of hardships to becoming a single mother of eight children. She worked hard until the very end of her life trying to find a place she could call home. Despite all of the hardships Mai Moua faced, she was able to raise eight kids on her own, and survive in a country while living under poverty with the little education she has. We hope that others who were touched by Mai Moua's kindness and love are able to offer the same support and empathy to her and her family.
I want to thank everyone who has helped and prayed for my family during these times of hardship.
