Funds for Medical Procedure

Hi, my name is Leigh Anne. I don't normally do this, but I wanted to see if it'd work for what I am in need of.  I have had chronic debilitating pain for over 13 years now. Some days are better than others, but when a flare up happens, I can't do anything. I never know when they will happen, and I can never gauge how long they will last. While living in Japan from 2012 to Jan 2016, I had the opportunity to figure out what was wrong with me. It was very difficult for me, being in a different culture, where women were looked upon differently while having a male doctor take a look. I knew something was wrong with my reproductive system, so I went to the hospital after having been rushed to the hospital in an ambulance earlier that year. I requested to have a hysterectomy. The Dr set up a 2-year treatment plan before they would approve the operation, so I went ahead and went along with it. Nothing worked. After the time was up, he still denied my operation. The birth rate in Japan is extremely low, so no DR would operate unless you were on death's door. I started looking for other means of having the operation and came across medical tourism. I found out that I could have the procedure done safely in another country for a fraction of the cost. I was intending on getting this done in Thailand, however, due to some things happening, I was unable to get the treatment there. That is another situation entirely that left me in a very bad situation financially. It is book or TV series worthy, I will say that much. Anyway, I have found a place in Mexicali that will do the operation that I need for $5,500, not including airfare. I doubt I will raise what I need for the operation, but any small amount would truly help me in this. The pain I am in is ever increasing. My issues are as follows. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis, and scarring in my uterus. I am infertile due to these things and I am so tired of being in pain. Some of you may look at this and scoff, but each person's situation is different. You may have the same or similar problems, but they may not be as bad, or you may know exactly what I'm going through. I don't know if any of you find this to be a worthy cause for something like this, but at this point, I am willing to try anything to raise the money for the operation and the airfare I'd need to get there. I am sorry to ask this of you, but please, if you wish to, I would truly appreciate it if you helped me out with this... even just a little. Thank you so much.
