Help w/ Cheetahs Dr visits & ETC...
Cheetah, my 2 year old emotional support cat, came into my life shortly after I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure April 28th of 2016.
Cheetah's positive energy helps get me through the day, I dont know where I'd be if she hadn't entered my life.
Christimas of 2016, Cheetah's behavior changed a bit. She no longer was interested in playing with her toys or cuddling. She would pretty much be alone all day hiding somewhere in the room sleeping. Soon after that, the sneezing and watery eyes, following the loud difficulty breathing and snoring started.
Since the beginning of 2017, she has had a difficult time breathing, watery and teary eyes, a cough, runny nose, bad breath, and throughout the day sneezes multiple times in a row.
I took her to Fullerton Banfield Pet Hospital March 2017, and was told she is overwieght, abnormal nail, upper respitory infection and needs some dental cleansing done. As well as, getting all her vaccinations up to date, antibiotics, medication and saline drops that is out of my monthly budget of $229.00 and i can not afford to have her checked out by a second opinion vet.
I would like to take cheetah to see another Vet for a second opinion and see what plan of treatment and options that are available to help get her back to healthy and happy.
Today, July 3, 2017 Cheetah was back in the kitty hospital in Fullerton for similar symptoms as before. She experienced difficulty breathing, sneezing and snoring worst then a human being while awake. Doctor Barbara Starrs, is a wonderful woman. She really works with you. She set a treatment plan for Cheetah at reasonable prices and affordable. Dr. Starr diagnosed Cheetah with asthma and has given Cheetah a shot of cortisone to help Cheetah with the Wheezing and trouble breathing. Hopefully, this works and lil Cheetah can enjoy her summer. She was awesome and took getting a shot like a trouper. I'm so proud of my lil girl.
The money donated to help Cheetah vet expenses go towards her vet visits, dental cleansing, antibiotics/medications, vaccinations, food, cat insurance and any other procedures or necessity necessary to prevent her from getting any sicker.
Cheetah has touched everyone's lives that she has come across. Please have a heart and help me get Cheetah the medical treatment she needs. any amount you donate is very much appreciated. thank you for helping us, god bless you
