Funds for new car and current daily travel

There is a saying that 90% of what happens to us is due to our attitude, while the other 10% is inevitable. Demetrius Howard, a young man who has carried a positive attitude despite the unfortunate is learning this firsthand. Demetrius legally purchased a vehicle from Evolution Cars located in Conyers Georgia in May of 2022. In December of 2022, a Newton County Sheriff showed up to Demetrius’s residence and demanded possession of the vehicle he had been driving for 7 months stating the car was reported stolen in March of 2022, (2 months prior to the purchase). Evolution Cars has been uncooperative and refuses to assist Demetrius with a refund or provide him with a replacement vehicle of equal value. Not only is Demetrius out of a car, but he is also still liable to make the payments to the finance company on the vehicle he is no longer in possession of. Demetrius has filed a civil suit and contacted the local news station to seek help in this matter but is still without a car. No one seems to be able to give Demetrius the right answers to help him resolve this matter.
