Funds for People of the Bayou

This go fund me is through the Helio Foundation. It is being run by people who live in Terrebonne Parish. Directors Johnathan Foret & Reagan Creppel have been social workers for our people and are on the ground with Dirk Guidry helping people stationed at the Ward 7 in Chauvin, LA. They are from the area and understand the needs of their people.

We are raising cash money to put in the hands of people in our bayou communities who have lost their homes. We have already started handing out $400 cash payments. Please help us continue this operation.

We are also providing Ice, Water and Gas. We are mobilizing supplies to reach the lower bayou parishes in Terrebonne Parish. We will be setting up stations to cook hot meals so residents can have a nourishing meal while they try to recover from Hurricane Ida.

This will be an ongoing recovery and we intend to help our people with everything from filling out FEMA vouchers to finding them a place to take a

bath.
