Funds For Surgery & Recovery

This is a fundraiser for medical, personal, food, and rent costs surrounding a process of testing, surgeries, and biopsies for me.

I am a chronically ill transgender person opting for a hysterectomy to address both medical needs/lifelong chronic pain and gender and body ease. This is also a proactive and deeply wanted sterilization procedure.

Of course, there is some urgency now for me to get this specific surgery before the new American presidential administration takes office on January 20th

I have no doubt that even though it is medically necessary to improve my life and has been needed for quite a long time, surgeries like this do not “obey” Christofascist American conservative ideals and plans, no matter how much medically verifiable pain I have been in for years, so the urgency is twofold for bodily autonomy. Of course, gender affirming surgeries will be difficult and restricted in this coming term. That is a given.

Please contribute to help before and after. It is estimated I may be bed bound for 6-8 weeks and therefore would not be able to work and pay rent.
