Funds for the burial of Freddy Owens

I’ve started this to help with the burial of my father, Freddy. Freddy was outside of his home doing what he enjoyed doing today, piddling and getting ready to break ground for a garden when he was called to his eternal home. I know that not many of my family and friends will personally know him, I barely did myself. But at the end of the day he is my father and be as it may, this falls as my responsibility to try and ensure that he has what everyone deserves, a proper burial. As a single mother I simply can’t do this on my own.

He did have a burial policy, but it was purchased only two months ago and will not pay out due to the short term of the policy. I’m not looking to do an extravagant service, just something very simple and a way to honor the man who I owe my upmost respect to for simply being my father. It’s a very unfortunate loss for my kids and I, our family and other members of his family and definitely not something any of us were prepared for, mentally or financially. I’m not one to ask for help for anything in life, but any and all monies donated towards burying him will be beyond appreciated. This is heartbreaking for me as a girl who always simply wanted her dad and my kids that will never have someone that was supposed to have him as such an important role in their lives. All things in life are lessons.
