Funds for the family of Jeffery Rivers.

I am raising money for the family of Jeffery Rivers. Jeffery is 16 years old. He has been sick since May. He was finally diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease and is at MUSC in Charleston. He is very very sick. Mom is having to stay with him and missing work. Jeffery is very loved. Please please give anything you can to help this family.
