Funds to help Rob Gibson's battle with ALS
Donation protected
Rob Gibson was diagnosed with ALS in February and he's losing the ability to speak, swallow, raise his arms, and sleep soundly. He's not able to work and his wife is unable to work due to severe arthritis, so income is almost nonexistent and he won't be able to get his pension for another two years.
ALS is a progressive nervous system disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, causing loss of muscle control. The average life expectancy after diagnosis is two to five years, but some patients may live for years or even decades.
Any funds will go towards helping to pay the bills before his pension kicks in and the care he'll need in the future.
Thank you for reading and every little bit helps!
