WK Rafting team NL - Japan

 
Help us to join the World Rafting Championship in Japan and give yourself a wonderful raft trip and attend a raft tour in Amsterdam or Maastricht.

This year we are able to attend the World Rafting Championships in Japan, on the Yoshino River. 

We, the team of Forward Motion, received our WC-ticket this month. You can imagine, this is a very short notice for preparing and funding our attendence.
The rafting sport is not an olympic grade sport and support or resources are limited. Other then a gift from the Dutch Rafting Federation we are funding our own participation.

With this crowdfunding action we wil be able to go to Japan as a professional team and promote the rafting sport in the Netherlands and the Netherlands in
Japan.

Anything you donate will go to helping the players meet the costs of competing at the World Championships

The amount needed are the costs for:
- Equipment like padles, life jacket, safety (€ 400 pp)
- Attending fee costs (€154 pp)
- Transportation costs (€850 pp)
- National clothing  (€100pp)
- Accommodation  (€300pp)

Total costs for the team (€ 12.628)

For our generous contributors we have a special raft trip in return.
As a consideration we would like to offer a few Raft trips for our generous contributors. We will take you on a tour in Maastricht or  and the Amsterdam.
The river Maas is the place where we paddle from Maastricht all the way into Belgium.
During the Light Festival in Amsterdam we take you through the canals to enjoy the wonderful light sculptures. We are happy to present you these raft-tours with drinks en food.

Everyone who donates €40,- (or more) wil be welcome to attend these tours.

Amsterdam Light Festival evening: 1, 2, 14, 15, 22, 23 December 2017 and 5,6 January 2018 in a few tours from the 30th of November till the 21the of januari 2018.
