Funeral Aid For Greg Gilliland

My father passed away unexpectedly on the 31st of March 2020. Unfortunately, he did not have life insurance, any kind of documentation or savings in place for this deeply heartbreaking situation. As his sole beneficiary, the responsibility of paying for the funeral has fallen into my hands. As I am currently still a law student, it leaves me in a financial situation that I simply cannot afford. The goal that I have set will cover the cost of the funeral, burial, and casket. 

Due to Covid-19, we are unable to hold a proper wake and funeral for his friends and family to attend. There can only be a total of eight family members present where we all have to stand six feet apart. I understand that this is not the norm, and I would not have created this fundraiser if we could have had a regular funeral where people would come share their stories, memories and make small contributions towards the service. I appreciate that this is a difficult time for many (most of the world’s population) and any amount, no matter how small would be greatly appreciated.
