Funeral & Final Arrangements for Thomas Lee

On behalf of the family of Little Thomas Lee Snelsire (aka "Chuck"), in the most devastating and humble of circumstances, we have set up a GoFundMe page to help reach the financial goal of $10,000 for funeral services and headstone expenses. We understand the short notice of this task. Little Tommy Lee was tragically taken from this world unexpectedly on September 13th 2020. Tommy brought his family so much pride and joy. He was such a happy baby and his family would like to see Little Tommy off in the most respectful way possible.
In lieu of flowers being sent to the funeral home (Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home and Cremation Services - 2935 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15227). Any donations from this will go directly towards the funeral service and headstone expenses. Any remaining, we would like donate to the Mario Lemieux Foundation in Tommy’s name. Little Tommy will truly be missed and a part of his family’s life will forever be broken due to this unpredictable and tragic accident.
