Funeral and Medical Expenses for Matthew

On behalf of Matthew's Family:

On July 4th, Matthew was outside celebrating with friends and family when a car sped past and shot multiple rounds. He was struck in the head and urgently sent to intensive care. 3 days later, he was declared dead at the hospital.

At the age of 19, Matthew was on track to graduate next year with a Bachelor's in Computer Science at UW of Tacoma.

He was a hardworking individual who loved to code, play video games, and keep to himself. He dreamed of one day creating his own video games for his friends, family, and the rest of the world to see and enjoy.

He was always honest to people, and although he's quiet, we all remember the good memories we had with him and will cherish them deeply.

His family is experiencing the tragic loss of a son, brother, cousin, nephew, and friend.

The loss of their beloved Matthew comes with expenses that are hard for the family to cover on their own.
