Funeral and Memorial Service of Abel

Abel was a very special, loving, kind boy and he was only 16 years old and was murdered yesterday, by someone with a gun. This is so painful because they are Venezuelan refugees who came to this country in search of better living conditions and fleeing violence. His family was the first to walk with us at the beginning of the On The Way Church and through them we began our relationship with the Venezuelan community. The parents are divorced and the mother alone takes the responsibility of taking care of the three children and the grandmother who also lives with them. I just walked through funeral homes and the costs are too high to cremate the body and give the family a chance to say goodbye in a decent ceremony. I also have no idea when she can work again. We already thank you for your help at this difficult time. God bless you richly!
