Funeral and Memorial Services for Marty Thornton

As many of you have heard, our beloved friend and family member, Marty J Thornton, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 19, 20022. Marty’s passing has left a hole in the hearts of his family and friends, especially his wife, Diana, and his two sons, Tyler and Christian. Marty was one of the most amazing, kindhearted people I knew. He had a heart of gold and would do anything for a person in need. He had a smile and a personality that would immediately light up a room. He is going to be missed by so many.

Marty served in US Marines and worked for the Town of Greenburgh. He was a well-known and highly respected man.

As his niece, I will miss him terribly. I am setting up this Go-Fund-Me for my Aunt Diana and my cousins to alleviate some of the funeral and memorial expenses. They, along with the rest of us, were blindsided by his passing and are not prepared to take on what they are facing at this time and in the future. To lose a husband and a father is horrible and my heart aches for my family.
