Funeral of Howard Wilson

Hello Everyone, my name is Arleen Wood.
I find this very hard to do, for I never ask people for help with anything. That being said, Monday, when coming home from the Veterans Hospital in Pa. My son-in-law Howard was found on the bus nonresponsive, they then took him to a hospital where he was pronounced dead of cardiac arrest. Howard had been classified as 100% disabled by the V.A. due to his service duties. He was in the Special Forces of the Army, and 7 years ago he finished two tours in Afghanistan and one in Iraq. He was diagnosed with PTSD and many other ailments due to his service. He was a devoted stepfather to his 5 children, and his biological son, who only just turned 8. That little 8 years told his mother tonight "Don't worry Mom, we'll get through this!". My dilemma is that every dime he had went into building materials and other projects he was working on for the house. That brings us to today. Howard, having been only 48, I assume he thought he'd be okay. But now with him gone, my daughter needs help, as do her children. My daughter, Brandy, is applying for his Disability through the VA, and she was told that they don't know if she's eligible for it or not, and she's up to her eyes in funeral costs. These funds will be used to ensure that Howard gets the funeral he wanted and make sure everything can be squared away.
