Funeral and support in the loss of Syhriah

We are raising money for our dear friend Keisha/Niyah Julian and family as they tragically lost their nine year old baby Syhriah (Boogie) Sheryl Peyton Julien. Syhriah was a strong, heroic, spirited angel. She was such a fighter. She battled asthma in her short 9 years of life and sadly she lost the fight.

We are heartbroken and on Niyah's behalf I am organizing the fundraising to help the family in funeral and support costs. This family is very loved in our community and Niyah has played a huge role in the raising of many of the Maplewood / South Orange / Summit and beyond kids. As Niyah says to me - send my baby to heaven. Thankyou.

I am Catherine and I am fundraising for my friend Keisha Julien who was our nanny for 2 years in Maplewood, NJ. She was with us through the pandemic lockdown and homeschooling of kids - and her daughters Rhysiah and Syhriah came every day to our house for school. We developed a strong bond with the family and remain tight friends. Keisha has asked that I help her handle the fundraiser and cover the costs on her behalf so she can focus on the unimaginable task of losing a child. I will be handling the transfer of funds for her and paying the funeral bills etc directly. I have included just a few pics of the many I have of our time together.
