Funeral arrangements for Cathy Barrs

Cathy Barrs passed away unexpectedly Wednesday October 30, 2019. She was an amazing person with an enormous heart for everyone she met. Known as the great defender by her loved ones, Cathy leaves behind 3 children Melissa, Phillip, and Cortney, 3 grandchildren Kameron, Kayden, and Ethan, her sister Patty, and her forever love Scott. She was born and raised in Tampa, Florida but has been living in Bandera, Texas for the last 10 years. We want to bring her back to Tampa for her final homecoming.  Any donations are appreciated.  Thank you.
