Funeral Arrangements for Michael C Kubiak

As many of you may know it is with deep sadness & a heavy heart that my brother Michael Christopher Kubiak has passed away at the age of 42 on December 2nd, after a 3 month long fight in the hospital. He was one tough guy with an amazing heart & soul. If you knew him you loved him & to say he had a heart of gold is an understatement. Those who know the kubiak family know this is unfortunately not our first tragedy, we’ve lost two brothers Daniel in February 2001 & Christopher in June 2009 and our father Michael in November 2009. No matter what you are never prepared for something like this to happen so we please ask for prayers and help during this difficult time for our family. It is deeply appreciated.
