Funeral Assistance for Francis L Tobacco after Tragic Murder
Donation protected
Hello everyone,
My name is Kechina Nelson, and I am the younger sister of Francis Tobacco. I’m reaching out to ask for assistance for my family as we grieve the tragic loss of my brother. My heart is broken over his murder, and my family is struggling to process this unimaginable loss.
On behalf of my mother, Henrietta Nelson, I am seeking support for my brother’s funeral arrangements and services. Francis was more than just a son, brother, father, and uncle—he was a beloved friend to many. He always stood up for others and made sure his friends and family were safe, no matter his own circumstances. His kindness, loyalty, and protective nature touched so many lives.
Our family will be traveling from across the country—New Mexico, California, Oklahoma, Wisconsin—to South Dakota to honor him and organize his services. While the tribe assists with some funeral costs, it does not cover many essential expenses, including food, gas, travel, hotel stays, and traditional items such as giveaway gifts and star quilts.
I humbly ask for any assistance you can provide during this difficult time. Our focus is on giving my brother a meaningful farewell without the burden of financial hardship. Any support, big or small, would be deeply appreciated.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
