I'm Jason E. Carr
Today the world has lost a kind, hard working, humble, God fearing young man. Approximately 24 years ago a beautiful baby boy was born into this world.
His name is Jason Dylan Carr. He was a great kid who would give the shirt off his back to help anyone in need. He wore his heart on his sleeve. He loved life. He loved people and all living things, including his two little brothers Joseph and Cayden, his beautiful 7 year old son Ethan and his parents Joy Steinruck and myself. We are in a state of emotional turmoil because of what happened only moments after he was dropped off at work yesterday morning. He was shot several times from behind by a masked gunman. A senseless act of violence that he did not deserve. All he mostly did was work or help out around the house. He loved his job. The owner, Mr. Duncan, informs that Jason was a great worker and close to becoming a journeyman roofer. It is our full intention to honor Jason's life by ensuring that he will get a proper dignified burial. In past conversations Jason expressed his desire to give himself back to the earth rather than to be cremated if something were to ever happened to him.
Losing a child is something no parent should ever have to endure. Words cannot express the degree of loss, suffering and hurt associated with what has happened to our son. We don't have enough money at this time for a proper, dignified funeral that he well deserves. Any donations would help with our desire to have a burial.
Any possible surplus fund's would help with next months mortgage payment.
We thank everyone in advance who is willing to help our cause. God bless!
