Funeral Cost For Our Loving Mother Debbie Redmond

No one was ready for Debbie’s departure as her loving angels called her home on December 9th, 2022.

Debbie was admitted to the hospital just days after her sister, Diane, passed away unexpectedly, and after spending a week there, she was diagnosed with lung cancer. The three weeks she spent in the hospital leading up to her passing felt both endless and incredibly fast. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her children. As painful as it was to witness, we were fortunate and grateful to have spent that time with her.

Debbie was a beautiful mother to Michele, Danielle, Matthew (Ryleigh) and Ryan, and her predeceased daughter Chantelle. She adored her granddaughter, Avaleigh, and she was eagerly anticipating the arrival of her second granddaughter who is due to be born in April 2023. She was the daughter of her mother, Pat, and her predeceased father, Bill. She was a dear sister to Bill (Carol), Dan (Deb), Tom and her predeceased siblings Diane and Michael.

Debbie was an amazing person with a brightly lit soul and an incomparable sense of humour. She touched so many people throughout her life and will be incredibly missed by her immediate and extended family members, as well as many friends she made over the years.

The upcoming holidays and all the special occasions in the future won’t be the same without her, but we’re confident that our loved ones are now reunited and watching over us together.

As we come to terms with losing, not only one, but two family members in a short period of time, we’re once again confronted with the harsh reality that funerals are expensive.

Due to this unforeseen expense, we’re turning to friends and family to ask for any contributions you’re able to make to help us through this difficult time. We would love nothing more than to give her the beautiful funeral that she deserves, as we honour and remember our mom, Debbie.
