Funeral Costs and Medical Bills for Terri Burgess
Donation protected
My name is Samantha, I am a long time friend of the family this page is made on behalf of. This page is being made for the family of Terri Burgess, in the hopes of offsetting the funeral costs and medical bills. Terri passed away late on Thursday December 8, 2022. She had been battling complications from diabetes for the past few years. Terri has been in and out of different hospitals, along side time in the nursing home for physical rehabilitation, just this year alone. She was admitted to the ICU again several weeks ago where her organs began to shut down rapidly. Terri passed away surround by her loved ones. Terri was a mother to three and grandmother of five. Ashley (30 years old) is a new mother of twin boys Bear Wyatt and Coyote Rex (8 weeks old). Terri’s only son William Andrew (28 years old) is the father of three sons; Gavin Lucas (age 6), William Dwight (age 4), and Henry Sodapop (age 2). Terri’s youngest child Reagan is 17 years old and a Junior in high school.
Terri was a fierce mother, a great friend to many, and loved immeasurably. I personally had the honor of being one of the people she graciously opened her home and heart to. She was always a listening ear, a hug when words didn’t do the situation justice, and finding the silver lining in whatever situation was presented. Terri’s dying wish was to be buried in Louisiana with her family.
Terri did not have a life insurance policy to cover the expenses that the grieving family is left to wade through. To lose a loved one, a parent; is one of the most heartbreaking experiences any of us have and will go through. When you add the financial burden of funeral costs and medical bills, it makes an already unbearable pain tenfold.
Terri was a member of the Monticello Southern Baptist Church (Monticello, LA) and attended Gateway Church (Shelbyville, TN). Terri found her way back to Christ over the last few years; I am asking anyone who is reading this to lift this family up in prayers. If you are able and willing any donations that can be made, will help ease the burden on this family and allow to them
grieve the loss of their mother without the added financial burdens.
