Funeral costs for a very much loved man

On Friday the 8th of September my 13 year old son phoned me to tell me his dad was dead at 7.17am. I ran down to the house and my sons dad was lying in the bath my 13 year old baby boy had to find his dad the way he did no boy should have to find their parent like that. We were also told a post mortem needs to take place and that's happening today as you read this.

Jay died very unexpectedly and his funeral takes place next Friday the 22nd but today we were informed we have to pay a cost of £2830 upfront on the 18th the grand total being so much more than that.

As you can imagine what we are going threw at this minute in time is horrendous my son loosing his dad in such a way me loosing my best friend I may have been his ex wife but we were always close. He had me as his next of kin for everything.

In the days since we've lost Jay 100s of pounds have been spent on different costs all relating to Jay's untimely death.

Any help you could give us at this time would be really appreciated please help me help my son by giving his dad and my best friend the dignified funeral he deserves
