Funeral costs for Josue Barahona

Josue was just an 8 year old boy that was medically compromised the majority of his short life. When he was just a toddler, he experienced a severe medical episode in which he became very ill followed by an accident in his home where he took a very bad fall. As a result of one or both of these incidents, Josue has lived a life as a quadriplegic, was non-verbal, has had compromised brain functioning, multiple seizures a day, has been on a feeding tube, has had severe breathing and lung issues and has lived his life in a wheelchair since. He has also been surrounded by nothing but love from his family. He has felt nothing but affection, care and unconditional love his entire life. His family has worked tirelessly to provide endless medical care for him…and they have done it all with a smile. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks ago, Josue’s lungs began to fail him, he was placed on a ventilator for several days, but they were too weak to recover and Josue passed away on June 28. Funeral costs are very expensive and this family is doing the best they can, but it is overwhelming for them. They are very humble people and would never ask for help, but they desperately need help.
