On 9/1/21 at 9:22pm we welcomed our 21 week old son Sebastian Alexander Patiño-Ildefonso. Our sweet boy took his first breath and stayed with us for a little over an hour before gaining his angel wings. We welcome your donations to support the cost of funeral services.
