Funeral expenses and emergency money
Donation protected
HI Friends, This is Jen and I thank you for taking the time to read this post. As many of you know my brother in law, Don unexpectedly passed away yesterday. Kim and Don had just moved to Wyoming. My sister has many medical issues so she wasn't currently working, Don was the sole provider to her and their special needs son Asher. He ran the rink at Lloyd center but was working remotely for his company doing other projects as well. They figured moving to a lower cost of living state would help them financially and Kim wouldn't have to go back to work at the same capacity since her physical issues were mounting.
Then COVID hit, not even unpacked they both got sick. It hit hard and we were very worried for Kim who was put on oxygen, but she pulled through. When I stopped getting messages from Don I knew he was feeling terrrible, he ended up on oxygen as well and after a brutal fall in the middle of the night he ended up in cardiac arrest and passing away. We loved Don and this is very hard for all of us. My sister is now greiving and distraught while trying to figure out what the next step is...and there are so many!
Unfortunately, there is not a savings of significance (they were there to reset and get back to financial security)
What my sister needs is money for cremation and to fly her and Asher back to have a service probably in December. Also, she just needs to a bit of money until she gets paperwork done and figures out what she will be doing for income. Anything will help and anything is appreciated. I can't be their physically so this is what I need to do to help her and Asher (as well as emotional support over the phone). So if you are willing and able then God bless you and we apprecite it!
Even if you can't give but you can send her a card with words of encouragement that would be wonderful. Mesage me and I can send you her address.
Thank You for your time
With Love, Jen
