Nathaniel Clay Welch the most caring, outgoing, BAD ASS soul around! Clay unexpectedly passed in a vehicle accident last night, at the age of 17. He was the life of the party, and the talk of the town. He never left anybody out and made sure to make friends with everybody. We're wanting to give him the absolute best "see you later" Memorial service ever! HE DESERVES THE BEST! This is the time when this "little town with a big heart" needs to come together and help this boys grieving parents in this tragic time.
